Mole attempt
Since the class is coming up, I decided I better brush up on my skills and get a recipe written, as I did not have one actually "written". Mole is so tempermental and something you must adapt to, it is very hard to follow a recipe tooth and nail to get the Mole desired. So I spent the better part of the day, about 4-5 hours to be exact working the Mole and making my best attempt to actually put it on paper so I can share it. It was a lot more work than I had expected! This class is ensured to be fun! I once again learned that the imprtance to the finished product of any dish is indeed the quality of ingrediants you start with. Key to all cooking! http://outside.in/neighbors/Lincolnchef
